The Aqua Body Strong™ Certification program is safety orientated, content-rich and easy-to-implement. It trains the instructor on how to teach to all audiences and athletic abilities, through both practical and functional exercises and applications.

 

There are two ways to become certified, join us for an Aqua Body Strong™ onsite training at various locations throughout the year or study on your own schedule with our online training certification. Whichever format you choose, you will receive everything you need to begin teaching successful Aqua Body Strong™ classes.

You will also have the opportunity to become part of our elite group of Aqua Body Strong™ trainers and master trainers by joining our Aqua Body Strong™ Instructor Network (ABS IN™), a monthly membership program created to give you ongoing home office and community support, continuing education and additional tools for successful ABS™ classes.
