Prerequisites
Aqua Body Strong™ understands the importance of safety and professional instruction. All Aqua Body Strong™ trainees are required to:

Posses a level of fitness that enables them to teach a one-hour high-energy fitness class.
Pass a swim test; swim 25 yards and tread water for 1 minute.
Hold a certification or license in at least one group fitness exercise course.
Be CPR certified.

Aqua Body Strong™ teacher training is designed to prepare instructors to successfully and safely teach a variety of ABS classes to all fitness levels. Approved by AFAA and NASM, trainees receive 8 CEUs for continuing education.
